how to read the messages

this one-way message board is the primary source of communication until this message is superseded.
messages are one of two categories:
- courses - when new courses begin, end, or change
- contracts - when new contract requirements are published
new contracts and messages are posted to this message board only. an encrypted version of the contract will be linked, and the decryption will involve a public-private key process described upon joining the team.
